v2 creates the SolarAPP+ draft before you review, runs at most two attempts at qualification (Try 1: Opus extraction; Try 2: Opus retry with the approved-project corpus), then drops you on the review screen with the post-iteration values. Edit, reset to AI, and submit — the final PATCH lands your changes.
